Availability & payment terms

Items labelled Ready Stock are available now in limited quantities and require full payment after availability confirmation. Each of our original 14 necklace, earrings and ring designs has 2 complete sets listed. Availability varies by design; confirm before paying. Items labelled Preorder require a 50% deposit. For preorder items, estimated arrival is 4–5 weeks after deposit confirmation; occasionally one week earlier, but early arrival is not guaranteed. The remaining product balance is due when your items arrive, before dispatch or collection. Shipping and delivery cost extra. If your preorder items have not arrived by the end of week 5, we refund the amount paid for those undelivered items, including if lost in transit. No returns on delivered items. Please read the description and check sizes, materials and what is included before ordering.

Your approved VIP first-purchase 5% discount and available points still apply to the full product total before payment is calculated: ready-stock items are paid in full and preorder items require 50%. Mixed-order discounts are allocated proportionally between the two groups. Refunds are arranged personally through C&A Variety on WhatsApp.
