Review new members, verify their WhatsApp request, approve VIP cards and confirm payments after checking your bank. VIP members earn 2 points per BZ$10 in confirmed purchases after discounts. Save shipping details to show customers which items have shipped.
Customer contact details are not automatically verified. Check the original WhatsApp sender and email before approving the 5% welcome offer or sharing a private access link. Changing a customer name does not reset eligibility.

Website alerts update while the site is open. Automatic WhatsApp alerts are not connected yet.
VIP customers
A red bell marks an unread registration. Open the customer to clear the alert; use Verify & approve to activate their VIP welcome discount.
Order requests
A red $ marks an unread paid order. It appears only after you confirm the bank payment. Open the paid order to clear the alert. Unpaid requests do not trigger this alert.
Use “Confirm initial payment received” after verifying the displayed initial amount (ready stock in full plus the preorder deposit). Use “Confirm full payment received” only after the remaining product balance is paid. Marking an order paid adds earned VIP points. Points used on unpaid requests is reserved until paid or cancelled. Confirming initial or full payment automatically reduces ready-stock quantities for every customer. Sold-out sets cannot be purchased. Setting an order pending or cancelled restores its ready stock. The 4–5 week arrival estimate starts when you confirm the deposit. Shipping and delivery are extra. Points are awarded after full product payment.
